Our mission is to bring more pulses to people’s plates. To do so, we have developed technology to improve the taste and texture of beans & pulses for dairy and plant-based dairy products. Our first product is a fava protein extract which can be used by food producers to make yogurts, cream cheese, ice cream, and other dairy derivatives. As a B2B producer, we sell our ingredient mix to industrial customers, supporting them with everything from product development to industrial production.
